ELECTRIC POUR-OVER + TEMP CONTROL

Sprudge shows us the latest Bonavita electric pour-over kettle, now with incremental temperature control and one-hour hold time ‘with a ridiculously small temperature variance.’ It is expected to retail at $79 when it hits stores in July.

‘WORLD’S 50 BEST RESTAURANTS’

For the third consecutive year, Copenhagen’s Noma tops S. Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Bloomberg notes that the Fat Duck, which was No. 1 in 2005, has slid to 13th from No. 5 last year. Thomas Keller receives a lifetime achievement award.

TOP 10 DIM SUM

The LA Weekly lists the 10 best dim sum restaurants in Los Angeles. The first two are, as you might have expected, Seafood Harbour and Elite. It was the rest that was up in the air.
