“The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” aired a repeat Friday night after host O’Brien hit his head while attempting a stunt during the show’s taping.
The accident stopped production while O’Brien was taken to a hospital. No word yet on whether or not the host will be able to resume hosting duties next week.
In a release issued by NBC, O’Brien joked: “Last thing I remember I was enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln and the next thing I was in bed being served cookies and juice.”
The episode scheduled to air Friday was to include Teri Hatcher and Seth MacFarlane.
