There was another mistake on special teams for Carson. Punter Darreus Rogers decided to run the ball on fourth-and-two and was stopped on his own 11-yard line.

Then Tray Boone ran 11 yards for a touchdown, giving Narbonne a 14-7 lead over Carson with 11:04 left in second quarter.
