Vista Murrieta’s Darion Williams is playing like a division title is on the line tonight.

Williams blocked a Corona Centennial punt, then caught a 34-yard touchdown pass from Nicholas Stevens on third and long to extend the Broncos lead to 17-7 with 7:13 left in the second quarter.

The blocked punt actually put the Broncos on the Centennial 16, but a delay of game penalty coupled with a intentional grounding call, pushed Vista Murrieta back. But that didn’t matter once Williams made a spectacular touchdown catch to extend the Broncos’ lead.
