Football: Scot Ruggles is new coach at Harvard-Westlake

Scot Ruggles, the offensive coordinator at Studio City Harvard-Westlake last season, has been promoted to head coach.

Ruggles had coached previously at the college level at the University of Missouri-Rolla and Harvard.

He installed an Oregon-like no-huddle offense for the Wolverines last season.

He’s also a former actor.
