During his days as a pitching standout at Woodland Hills El Camino Real, Eric Pettis was always a good talker and pretty intelligent, too.
So it comes as no surprise he has written a book about his first year in the minor leagues entitled, ‘Just A Minor Perspective: Through the Eyes of a Minor League Rookie.’
He did graduate from UC Irvine. And he threw a two-hitter in the 2005 City Section championship game at Dodger Stadium.
