Latino Group Elects: The Latino Peace Officers of Orange County recently announced new officers for 1986. They include Lou Lopez, Anaheim police detective, president; Rudy Sanchez, Santa Fe Railroad police, vice president; Carlos Sanchez, Orange County district attorney’s investigator, secretary; Hector Robles, Anaheim police detective, treasurer, and Robin Rodarte, a Santa Ana police detective, sergeant at arms.
