Firm Operating Under New Name Reorganizes

Holstein Co., one of Southern California’s longest-established home-building firms, has been reorganized and is operating under a new name and management as Holstein-Healey Development Corp.
Patrick Healey, a member of the company’s management team since 1945, has been named president and chief operations officer, with George M. Holstein III, who has headed the 62-year-old firm since 1947, continuing as chairman of the board.
Holstein-Healey headquarters will continue at 18017 Skypark Circle in Irvine. However, plans are under way for a corporate headquarters building in the firm’s 32,000-square-foot commercial complex near John Wayne Airport.
