David Crosby Sent Back to Jail

DALLAS — A judge today rejected rock singer David Crosby’s request to return to a drug rehabilitation center he walked away from last Feb. 24 and ordered him back behind bars.
State District Judge Pat McDowell ruled that Crosby, a member of the Crosby, Stills and Nash singing group, could either return to the Dallas County Jail, where he has been held three weeks, or go to state prison for violating terms of his bond.
