Commissioner Harry Usher postponed the United States Football League’s annual meeting at Orlando, Fla., from next week to Feb. 12 because he will be recovering from heart surgery.
Usher is scheduled to undergo elective bypass surgery on Thursday at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica.
