Iraq Reports Kharg Attack

BAGHDAD, Iraq — A military spokesman reported another Iraqi air raid Thursday on Iran’s main oil export terminal at Kharg Island in the northern Persian Gulf, the 73rd since mid-August. All Iraqi aircraft returned safely to base after scoring a direct hit on the island, the spokesman said.
