Citing increased margin on funds, Citadel Holding Corp. reported that its fourth-quarter net income rose 125%. For the full year, the Glendale-based firm’s profits were almost four times greater than a year earlier. Citadel Holding’s principal subsidiary is Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan Assn.
