Office/Retail Project Tops Out in Santa Ana

Joint venture partners American Diversified Capital Corp. of Costa Mesa and Chiang-Meehan Properties of Santa Ana hosted the topping out of Park Tower, a 10-story office/retail building located at 200 West Santa Ana Boulevard.
The $30-million project is a major element of the downtown Santa Ana development program and represents a cooperative effort between the private sector and the city of Santa Ana. The design is by Corbin/Yamafuji & Partners Inc.
