After completing the purchase, xProvidence, R.I.-based Outlet plans to sell one of the stations--KSAT-TV in San Antonio, an ABC affiliate--to H-C Communications of Houston for $153 million, Outlet spokesman Frederick Griffiths announced separately in Providence.
