Carnesecca to Coach College All-Star Game

INDIANAPOLIS — Lou Carnesecca of St. John’s was named Tuesday to coach a team in the annual Elks-Hall of Fame basketball game April 19 at Market Square Arena.
The opposing coach, announced earlier, will be Digger Phelps of Notre Dame.
