Datatronics, the Swedish company that owns 90% of Victor, will take over West German, French and English subsidiaries, Victor said. The Scotts Valley, Calif.-based computer maker, said the sale will help reduce its debts to Datatronics, whose investments helped Victor emerge last year from bankruptcy court protection.
