Kaiser Aluminum plans to sue two ex-executives.

Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical said it intends to sue Ira Davidson and Arthur H. Woodward, former Kaiser executives who are acting as consultants to an investor group led by Oklahoma investor J. A. Frates. The group is attempting to take over Oakland-based Kaiser. Kaiser Aluminumsaid Davidson and Woodward breached contracts signed with Kaiser “under which they agreed to preserve and protect the company’s confidential information.”
