Kings Will Face Flyers in Bid for 3rd Straight

The Kings will go for their third straight victory tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. The Kings upset Montreal and Quebec in the first two games of their five-game trip.
The Flyers, who lost to the Edmonton Oilers in the 1985 Stanley Cup final, have the second-best record in the National Hockey League this season, trailing only the Oilers.
The Flyers have beaten the Kings twice this season by 7-4 scores, at Philadelphia Nov. 3 and at the Forum Jan. 2. The Kings have a 2-29-6 record in their last 37 games at Philadelphia.
