Titan Women Defeat Dominguez Hills Twice

The Cal State Fullerton softball team swept a doubleheader from Cal State Dominguez Hills, 2-1, and 11-0, Friday.
The third-ranked Titans (8-0) benefited from a wild pitch to win the first game. With runners on second and third, the Toros were going to intentionally walk JoAnn Ferrieri but the forth ball was a wild pitch, and Chenita Rogers scored the winning run. Connie Clark (4-0) was the winner.
Terry Oberg hit her second home run of the season in the second game to lead a 12-hit attack. Susan LeFevbre (3-0) was the winning pitcher.
In the Bakersfield Tournament:
Rancho Santiago 6, Taft 1--Christi Kalehuawehe was 2 for 2 with two RBIs and Kim Martin went the distance (3-0) allowing only one hit and an unearned run. Lee Bladow hit her first home run for the Dons.
In the Cirtus Tournament:
Golden West 10, College of the Canyons 0--Stephine Rowlett limited the Cougars to four hits and Kelly Winkler tripled twice to drive in six runs.
Golden West 4, Mt. San Antonio 2--Sandy Storer doubled twice and had three RBIs for the Rustlers (7-0).
