Downfall of Marcos

“Marcos the Great,” perpetrator of human injustices, death and corruption, should not be granted asylum in United States. The pathetic tyrant does not deserve to exist in a democracy--a legacy that he had taken away from his people.
A trial should be in order for his involvement in the assassination of Benigno S. Aquino Jr. It’s demoralizing to know that he may be around living in affluence on his ill-gotten Lindemere, N.Y., mansion.
