Meadowood Village, a town house development by the Anden Group that will eventually have 328 units, opens today in Rancho Cucamonga.
The 56 units of the first two phases were sold before today’s opening and the third phase is currently being sold, at prices ranging from $60,990 to $78,990 for two- and three-bedroom units with 970 to 1,340 square feet. First move-ins are scheduled for April.
The units are built in clusters of eight on a 24-acre site, with 14 acres of common areas divided into two recreation areas with swimming pools, spas, tennis courts and tot playground. The monthly homeowner association fee is $94.
Standard features include wood-burning fireplaces, carpeting, decks or patios, two-car garages, air conditioning, built-in kitchen appliances, laundry areas and a recreational vehicle parking lot.
Eight models are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at Arrow Highway and Turner Avenue, reached from the northbound Haven Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
