Senior Citizens Project Slated

Construction of an 89-unit senior citizens housing project is planned for a 58,806-square-foot parcel of land at Hillcrest Drive and Boardwalk in Thousand Oaks by Goldrich, Kest & Associates.
Emanuel G. Aftergut, director of development for the Goldrich company, placed the value of the completed project at about $4.5 million.
The property was sold by John Gilbert and George Dobson of Newbury Park for $765,000. The transaction was arranged by TOLD Real Estate Corp. of Newbury Park.
