In the Creation vs. Evolution controversy, I need some information.
Genesis in the Bible states that everything was created by God--no dates mentioned.
Where do people get such figures as 4,600 years or 6,000 years as a starting date? What have they to do with the Bible and by what authority?
Such implied dates leave the time of creation open to anybody’s idea of antiquity and give the evolutionists even more credibility, since they are busy trying to discover the truth.
