Hancock Realty Acquires Building on Wilshire Blvd.

In its first real estate entry, John Hancock Realty Equities Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of John Hancock Life Insurance Co., has purchased a five-story, 46,500-square-foot office building at 9033 Wilshire Blvd.
The Boston-based firm was represented in its $9.77-million transaction by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services’ Beverly Hills office.
The seller, 9033 Limited Partnership of Santa Monica also was represented by the staff of Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills office.
