A Chino woman was arrested on suspicion of biting the cheek off her 3-year-old son while she was under the influence of the drug PCP, police said. The child, Richard Gonzales, was reported in stable condition after surgery at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Becky Louise Perez, 22, was booked at a San Bernardino County Jail in Ontario for investigation of mayhem, being under the influence of PCP and outstanding traffic violations. Bail was set at $7,368.
