Goya Painting in Spain

MADRID — A masterpiece by Spanish painter Francisco Goya, titled the “Marquesa de Santa Cruz,” which Spain said was illegally exported to Britain, was handed over to Madrid’s Prado Museum on Friday after the government paid $6 million for it, museum officials said.
