License Revoked: The City Council has voted to revoke the license of the Tender Touch Massage Parlor as recommended by an arbitrator. The council also revoked a massage technical permit of Marie Tu Thi Nguyen, owner and manager of the establishment at 219 S. State College Blvd. The massage parlor had come under police scrutiny several times, resulting in five separate criminal charges. In a letter to the city dated March 28, retired Judge Max V. Eliason recommended that the city close down the business.
