Terms for Condos Not So Endearing to All

I should have found the article, “By Any Other Appellation, a Condo Is Still a Condo,” amusing, except that I happen to own one, and I am very satisfied.
Thanks to our board of directors and excellent management company (EMCCO), our condo association has over half a million dollars in reserve funds. We have just installed solar heating and an upgraded antenna system at no additional cost to the owners.
We have 24-hour security with a check-in entrance and round-the-clock walking guards. Our grounds, beautiful trees and flowers, pool, spa, clubhouses, small lake, et al, are attractive and well-kept. Our garages, lobbies, hallways, laundry areas and trash rooms are clean.
The pluses for living in our 354-unit condominium development go on and on. This data may not be witty but is factual.
