$5-Million Site Bought to Build Shop Center

Fredricks Development Corp. has bought 11.3 acres of commercial land on the northwest corner of Auto and West Valley parkways in the Escondido Auto Park for $5,085,000 from Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co.
Fredricks, represented by Grubb & Ellis, plans to build a neighborhood shopping center on the site, with Grubb & Ellis handling marketing. Connecticut General was represented by Pacific Southwest Mortgage.
