Two men were arrested by a team of Riverside County sheriff’s deputies, prosecutors and state forestry officials in connection with a series of arson brush fires in the Perris and Menifee valleys. Donald Bruce Flowers, 32, and Anthony Douglas Longsworth, 20, were being held on five counts of wild land arson, authorities said.
