Vietnam Aide Visits Cuba

MEXICO CITY — Vu Dinh Lieu, vice president of Vietnam’s Council of Ministers, has arrived in Cuba for talks on increased economic cooperation between the two countries, the official Cuban news agency Prensa Latina reported Thursday.
