I totally agree with Frank Malfitano (Viewers’ Views, June 29) regarding the great PBS series “The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin.” I saw it 10 years ago--in England--and I loved it just as much this time around. If the major networks could give up on the awful sitcoms they churn out and take a long look at well-written series such as this, maybe they’d get somewhere.
