Five-Phase Project Opens Today in Anaheim Hills

Horizons, a 125-unit town house development by Presley of Southern California, opens today at Nohl Ranch Village in Anaheim Hills.
The first phase of the five-phase development has 41 two- and three-bedroom units with six floor plans from 1,320 to 1,763 square feet, priced from $131,990 to $151,990. Move-ins are scheduled for late November. The monthly homeowners association fee is $144.31 and covers maintenance of a pool, spa, cabana and greenbelt areas.
Standard features include 2, 2 1/2 and 3 baths, wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, skylights, carpeting and two-car garages with automatic openers. Six furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 721 Tourmaline Court.
