Broker Rents Pasadena Space

Crowell Weedon & Co. has moved into 4,522 square feet of ground-floor office space in The Commons retail and office complex at 140 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
The lease is valued at more than $1 million and represents a relocation and expansion of the 35-year-old Pasadena office of the stock brokerage and investment banking concern. R. A. Rowan & Co. represented both Crowell Weedon and SRO, which has owned the project since December.
Los Angeles-based Crowell Weedon formerly had its Pasadena office at 95 S. Lake Ave., according to Lynn P. Reitnouer, a partner in the 10-office firm.
