My family and I really enjoyed watching the Goodwill Games. Ted Turner accomplished a wonderful thing creating these peaceful, competitive and hardly political games. The Soviet people provided an opening ceremony filled with the spirit of peace and hope, and all the athletes had 16 days to do what they enjoy and do best--compete. Let us look forward to 1990 in Seattle with continued peace and good will.
