Yorba Linda Commercenter, a multi-tenant business/industrial park and the first to the built under Yorba Linda’s M-1 zone for business parks, is under construction.
Located on Prospect Avenue, between Wabash and Brooklyn avenues, the one-story project was designed by Architects Orange for Davis Developments of Newport Beach. The $6.5-million facility will have 10 buildings for users of 8,000 to 23,000 square feet in office/warehouse facilities, and six buildings are for the 1,000 to 2,500-square-foot user.
Construction materials include tilt-up concrete and a panel roof system. Because the project is adjacent to a residential development, a mansard roof and bay windows will be used to give the project a residential scale.
Leasing is being handled by Davis Developments and Iliff-Thorne.
