Western Security Bank, based in Toluca Lake, named Joseph G. Havlick, 55, to its 13-member board of directors. Havlick is chairman of Burbank-based Fairmont Financial, the parent of Fairmont Insurance, and has worked in the insurance business for more than 30 years.
He replaces William M. Horrigan, 60, president of Booth & Simpson, a North Hollywood insurance firm. Horrigan is also on the board of Fairmont Financial.
