Carnation Co., Los Angeles, named James L. Dintaman senior vice president with responsibility for the Contadina Foods and Libby-Trenton divisions. Also named senior vice president was Ross Layton, a promotion from his post as vice president-materials management. He will still be in charge of that area.
Additionally, Glynn Morris has been named vice president-specialty foods and Morimer (Buzz) Adams was named vice president and general controller of the company. Adams succeeds A.L. Pate, who will act as a consultant until he retires next year.
