A Southeast San Diego man was arrested Sunday night in connection with the stabbing death of a man found slain in his hotel room Thursday, police said.
David Grant, 25, is being held without bail at County Jail downtown on suspicion of murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
Police found James Dillon Barnes, 28, in a hotel room on the 3800 block of 44th Street. Investigators believe the stabbing death might be drug-related, police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
