College Roundup : Chapman Loses to Biola

Barbara Rozendal had 27 kills Tuesday to lead Biola to a 15-8, 16-18, 15-13, 15-10 victory over Chapman College in a nonconference volleyball match at Chapman.
Tammy Light had 19 kills and Janet Jenson 13 for Chapman (7-9).
Biola is 10-7 overall. Chapman plays host to UC San Diego Saturday night.
In Golden State Athletic Conference volleyball:
Pt. Loma 3, Southern California College 0--Lisa Vander Feer had 7 kills and 15 service aces to lead Pt. Loma College to a 15-13, 15-5, 15-4 victory over Southern California College at SCC.
Pt. Loma is 1-1 in conference, 2-2 overall. SCC fell to 0-10 and 0-2.
In nonconference soccer:
Cal State Fullerton 4, St. Mary’s College 1--Gary McKimmey scored two goals to lead Fullerton (2-5-2) at Titan Field.
Cal Baptist 1, Southern California College 0--Vic Gomez scored the game’s only goal to lead the Lancers at Cal Baptist. SCC (1-5) plays host to Azusa Pacific Saturday.
