Empire League : Los Alamitos Easily Beats El Dorado

Senior quarterback Tom Williamson passed for 197 yards and 2 touchdowns Thursday night to lead Los Alamitos High School to a 37-3 victory over El Dorado at Hanford Rants Stadium in Cerritos.
The game was the Empire league opener for both schools. Los Alamitos is 4-0 overall. El Dorado is 0-4.
Williamson, who threw for the same total yardage last week in a 31-0 victory over Gahr, completed 15 of 20 passes. He completed 11 of his last 13 attempts and threw one interception.
The Griffin defense has not allowed a touchdown in 16 quarters and has allowed only two field goals.
El Dorado took an early lead on a 36-yard field goal by junior Eddie Keller with 2:48 left in the first quarter.
But Los Alamitos rebounded after a sluggish start to score 17 points in the second quarter.
