LONDON — Britain’s new royal couple, the Duke and Duchess of York, left for the Netherlands Friday on their first official engagement abroad, Buckingham Palace said.
Prince Andrew and the former Sarah Ferguson were to attend a ceremony to mark the completion of one of the world’s biggest flood-prevention schemes.
