Rowland Heights : Road-Work Contract Given

County supervisors have awarded a $129,370 contract to Clayton Engineering to extend Calle Barcelona a block through Otterbein Park to connect with Albatross Road near Colima Road.
A private developer is extending Albatross Road 446 feet south of Colima Road and the new contract will complete the extension. Work is scheduled to begin in December and be completed by January.
