The UFW has expanded its Egg City boycott.

The farm workers union said it will urge consumers to avoid buying Best Foods mayonnaise and Skippy brand peanut butter to show support for workers who have been on strike at the Ventura County egg ranch for four months. Best Foods, a division of CPC International of Englewood Cliffs, N.J., buys the ranch’s eggs for its mayonnaise. The company declined to comment. The UFW said it also would continue its boycott of Lucky Stores and some smaller groceries.
