CARDIFF, Wales — A smuggler bringing rare falcon eggs into Britain from Morocco was arrested when one started to hatch inside his shirt, a Welsh court was told. Customs officers testified late Wednesday that they heard “tweeting” from within the clothes of Ceri Griffiths, 43.
