Eudora Welty Home Will Become a Literary Shrine

JACKSON, Miss. — The home of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Eudora Welty will become the property of the state and a literary shrine, the Archives and History Department announced Friday. The gift is covered under terms of a will executed by Welty, who is 77.
