Single-family homes with as many as four bedrooms and three bathrooms open this weekend in the Indian Hills area of Riverside.
Although Metropolitan Development Co.’s Summerbreeze community has 71 homes, 18 have been presold. Potential buyers can choose from floor plans offering two, three or four bedrooms and one, two or three bathrooms.
The homes have 856 to 1,537 square feet of living space, and prices range from $79,990 to $99,490. The one- and two-story homes have master bedroom suites, vaulted ceilings and hearthstone fireplaces.
Four decorated models and the sales office are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 6147 Rochelle Court, reached from the southbound Van Buren exit of California 60 or the northbound Van Buren exit of California 91.
