Around the Area Steve Clark, a 1985 graduate of UC Davis and a former All-American tennis player, has been named an assistant men’s tennis coach at UC Irvine. Clark was an alternate for the Sacramento Capitals of TeamTennis last year. . . . Danny Lockhart, an all-conference swimmer for UC Irvine from 1979 to 1983, is returning as an assistant swim coach for the Anteaters.
