For Better Living Inc. said it promoted two of its officers to newly created executive vice presidencies. Frank Ciotti, vice president-finance, and Walter Hahne, corporate vice president and head of the company’s concrete products division, were given the new titles to reflect their increased authority and responsibilities, said F.G. Fabian, chairman and president. The San Juan Capistrano-based company has interests in concrete and plastics products, publishing and nuts and bolts.
