Two collections of single-family homes in a single tract open this weekend in Palmdale, offering potential home buyers their choice of Mediterranean- or Cape Cod-style houses.
The first phase of Atlantic Village and Pacific Village, built by Upland-based Inco Homes and designed by Barry Berkus, is composed of 61 new homes. The community will eventually have 333 houses.
Atlantic Village’s Cape Cod homes, which range from $82,990 to $99,990, have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,243 to 1,983 square feet of living space. The Mediterranean-style homes in Pacific Village, which range from $106,990 to $119,990, have three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 bathrooms, family room and 1,666 to 2,031 square feet of living space.
All homes have a fireplace, a kitchen nook, and vaulted or high ceilings.
Six decorated models and a sales office are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 37552 Tacoma Court, reached from the eastbound Avenue S exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
